Urban Choice is currently a Choice Based Lettings partnership between Family, Midland Heart and Birmingham City Council.

Urban Choice are now expanding their boundaries to the whole of the Birmingham Sandwell Urban Living Pathfinder area to include 25,000 properties.  Some of our partners already advertise 100% of their properties accross Birmingham, through the scheme and we are opening up access to the scheme of other landlords to let their properties through the scheme.
